We had so much fun today at the Wilson Apple Orchard.  Here are a few pictures and a video for you to enjoy!  We will be making a class book that you can enjoy soon!  You may hear me call a student "baby".....I call the students honey...sweetie pie....baby....sorry, if it offends you.

Tipton Public Library Visit

The Tipton Public Library is our Adopt a Class Business this year.   They will be coming to our room throughout the year and we will go to visit them next May.  Here is our visit from today.  Mrs. Wallick and Mrs. Smith were here.  We listened to a book and sang a song.  It was fun!  They also gave us a popcorn bookmark.

Where is she today?

I am at Grant Wood AEA today participating in a 21st Century Skills class.  I have been learning about a lot of different ways I can use technology in my classroom.  This is a very simple way to take pictures and make them into something cool.  Thought you might like printing this off!  I will be gone again tomorrow for the same training!

More Ducks

Today we worked on learning about the Life Cycle of a Duck. We read a nonfiction book called From Egg to Duck.  We talked about the difference between a fiction book and a nonfiction book.  We did a paper to show what we learned about the life cycle.
